Cooper loves an experienced player or two and whilst I don't believe he could have done what Nuno did after him at Forest, I would give any manager more than 10-12 games, we weren't even in the drop zone when he was ousted. Not a Cooper fan BTW. Brighton have passed Buona on a few times, it was prob a good experience at Leic at the time.
-
Only that Cooper probably didn't have a say in amy signing and he only had 10 games....Marty was was out of his depth for me.
-
You're right but so is J James when he points out be careful what you wish for. Do fans want really want money in at any cost? Personally I would sooner stick than Saudi owners. I think maybe a few would take this view.

It's the fans at fault for our poor home form, for poor away form, for the steady decline of this once great club. And they're somehow at the bottom of our financial crises. And that I'm crap at polo. Ain't that right John? Course it is Top. -

Coffee is the only pleasure i get in life these days. Please dont spoil it for me.

I know goals change games but we looked atrocious after conceding today., I realise we were a bit passive before the 1st goal but there was no way we were coming back into this one. Did Gary set up ok? I'm not sure.
-
Seen Enzo there today just above the dugouts...Penny for his thoughts. And the fans/atmosphere were loud and well up for the start of this game today. It really is up to the players/ manager on the whistle and they just gave us nothing to cheer for whatsoever
-
Spineless & living in the past are options when you can control something and then don't. Forcing a club owner to do something he's not ready to do is a battle you very rarely win. Could happen i guess. But don't blame the fans for tops issues. Not end of really is it?
-
Unpopular I know but I gotta agree 👍
-
If Middlesbrough come after us relentlessly right from the whistle I think they'll win comfortably, but if they set up wrongly ie Derby, Cov 1st half, we'll bo ok....we're unable to stand up to a hard press, been the same all season and last.
-
Maybe Winks would be good up top and if he goal hangs he's up for a 5yd pass. Seriously though he does seem to be able to make space which is a top strikers skill.
-
Thomas will run and work hard but his lack of nous and calm under pressure tells you that he's playing at a league higher than his comfort zone. Premiership is 2 levels higher. And it's not his fault that he's still being picked for games.
-
A good manager will organise his back 5 by assessing individuals strength and weakness regardless of how difficult this season has been. Sunderland were a mediocre Championship team not so long ago but they are so well organised and fired up now. We'll see if Gary is a good manager.
-
Agree with you but...We get it reduced by 2 points on appeal and those 2 points save us from going down. Probably the motivation for chucking more millions at lawyers. I guess a couple millions nothing compared to relegation.

This. I'm not huge into protesting and boycotting as already stated, but that's just me. I must follow my convictions as should everyone. I think everyone akin to me understands that the KP brand has behaved appallingly. UniFox21 is spot on. Forget people like me and concentrate on getting numbers with conviction. Fight your fight and don't waste precious resources like enthusiasm trying to convert people who don't or won't align to a certain plan.
-
Can't remember feeling this way about our club even during the 80s 90s to be honest Old Fox. And I recall we kinda had similar views on boycotting matches to. Maybe we, as with some younger fans, have been spoilt by our magnificent achievements. Our wonderful City boy hero Gary Lineker has stepped in before so maybe I'm Rose tinted glasses about the old days, but the size of our issue's/debts seem much bigger now
-
I go out of my way to attend matches, buy overpriced, shite beer, watch inept referees. And it seems a tad wrong that I'm being asked to contemplate the inner workings of LCFC and our current predicament. Why is it to much work for a multimillion pound business's well paid employees to run my club so that I can have a carefree match day experience?
-
Couldn't agree more dear boy.
-
I think so to but a struggling championship team takes the heat off him somewhat and we're potentially a big enough club for ambition.
-
I'm a can't happen to us and even I'm worried by our lack of cohesion

LCFC 3-4 Southampton, post-match thread
Freddy replied to Phil Mitchell's topic in Leicester City Forum
Just don't get the leggy bit. We bossed the 1st half, Southampton were working hard chasing shadows, that means they're knackered and we're fresh for the 2nd half. Surely. -
Looks like the clues are do ok tonight
-
Andy King had more of a clue than me or you and knows the players...let's reserve that sweeping statement until after the game.
-
We need to start with 10 men, in this way we can implement our game plan properly as it won't need rejigging when one gets sent off, obvious really.
