I can’t comment on the statistics but purely from a fan point of view and what entertains me I have absolutely no interest in watching us play this way. McCarthy passing to Thomas or whatever CB that has two men already on them basically two metres from our own goal. Not for me.

Don’t think it’s unrealistic to suggest quite literally any other manager with some experience of the level would have us better placed. Just someone that knows how to set a team up to play to its strengths and not over complicate things.

You can have your opinion on the booing and chanting but the facts are it was the most unnecessary appointment ever. An already incredibly angry fanbase and a manager that our fans chanted against before he was ever appointed 2 years ago. They were playing with fire and as predicted it’s gone toxic already.

The club will have been well aware what the fans thought of Martin before they appointed him. They’re well aware how much anger there is in the fanbase. They still appointed him.

Obviously the main issue is King Power but this club will never see any sort of success again whilst ****s like this are still about. He has managed to fluke himself a career simply for being at the right place at the right time. He never makes his debut in Covid and he’s probably released down the line and ends up playing for Spalding Utd. 25 years old and he’s built like a child. No pace. No brains.
