  1. I think my brother may be gay. Im staying at his for whilst in the UK and he has now got the TV on Cayote Ugly. Its the 5th time he is watching it.
  2. Just watched Becks Milan get dicked by 9 man Inter before switching over to watch the farcial Alegeria Ivory Coast game, missed open goals, no marking, keeper fainting for ten minutes. It was even more entertaining than womens football.
  3. Ive heard one damn Barmy Army tune on youtube and every post I am making has an Aussie slant to it Anyway, one last go at it before I put it to rest.... To the tune of Waltzing Matilda... Paddy Kisnorbo Paddy Kisnorbo Paddy Kisnorbo, Shores up the defence, He`s our captain, Fantastic who scores for us when thrown up front He shores up the defence every night and every day repeat and fade just like the Barmy Army
  4. This is my fav chant at the moment based around Waltizing Matilda. Go listen http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=rT93fLYuSLc&...feature=related Im sure we can think of a cleverer one in that tune for Weso? We all shagged Matilda We all shagged Matilda We all shagged Matilda and so did our mates She moaned and she groaned as she took up the billabong We all shagged Matilda and so did our mates
  5. > Guy walks into a pub with a dog. > 'Sorry mate, no dogs, you'll have to tie him up outside.' > 'But this is Fido, the worlds only talking dog!' > 'Aye mate, like I said, no dogs.' > 'Ok, I'll prove it.... Fido.... how you feeling today?' > 'Ruff..' > 'Yeah mate, take the dog outside and i'll serve you.' > 'I see you're not convinced. Let's try again. Fido..... you're playing golf and you tee off. The ball lands in the long grass. What do you call that grass?' > 'Ruff..' > 'OK mate, last time. Get rid of the dog.' > 'Yer a tough crowd, just 1 more attempt... Fido, who was the Scotland goalie during the 1978 world cup?' > 'Ruff..' > 'Ok mate, yer barred. Take yer dog and **** off' > > On the way out the dog turns to the guy and says 'Did I make a **** of that last 1? was it Jim Leighton?'
  6. Valentines Day was good. Took a friend of mine out and we had a great time which was weird as I had no intention of boning her at the end of the night despite the horrendous spend that took place to make it a day for her to remember. I deserved something but refrained from asking as it would spoil the friendship although she did make it very difficult with constant flirting and the fact that her baps were hanging out all over the place. You cant beat a woman with a fitted dress, especially if she has the curves. Anyway, Ive had a busy day today but cant be arsed to go out and shall be sitting back to watch some TV. Happy Days.
  7. We are nuts to bet on friendlies and today was a perfect example that its like throwing money away as so many results are all over the shop.
  8. Well done mate. Now put it all on Argentina to beat Guatemala with Hills at 1/5 on. Should be 10-0!!
  9. A few days ago a mate of a mate (yes one of those ones) told another mate (yes this is solid information) that he is related to one of FAI officials and that Billy Davies has been offered the job after Trapatoni turned it down. I backed Billy Davies at 12s on Betfair and in the last few days his odds have gone as high as 30s and now are trading at 4.2/1! I cant see him getting the job at all but out £40 on just in case a miracle happens
  10. As someone who went along into the penns back in the late 80s, I can say that the stadium and atmosphere was top quality. Poor sides, even worse managers, little money but a support that would leave me almost without a voice after 90 minutes of chanting. To me thats the biggest disappointment about our club today. Its not the fact that we are not playing well or winning, just that 27,000 supporters cant make the noise that 8,000 at home against a Hull or Barnsley used to. At least we were shite but had fun then. Anyway, Filbo will never be forgotten, I just wish IO had some images of those amazing days. I hope those who have do manage to upload them.
  11. Money needed to cover my damaging cab bills since doing my ankle in. Lets find some winners!
  12. Too busy. The ankle is still not right so Im spending a small fortune on cabs but one of the businesses I'm involved in has made a killing in recent days on the PS3 60 gigs we bought and sat on and subsequently sold for a small fortune as there are none about (if you know of any for sale buy them and whack them on ebay as they have been discontinued and are going for silly money). Anyway, its always a busy period as I turn up to anyone I knows Xmas works party without working there . I'm knackered but it has to be done.
  13. There are loads of tracks over here and its always a fun night out as we occasionally go to Walthamstow or Romford dogs and its just a complete pi$$ take. Freezing your knads off in the winter watching the race outside is never a good thing though but it must be done to get the real authentic feel.
  14. Welcome to London
  15. You`ve been watching too many movies mate! The women down here expect to be grinded into the ground like some cheap slut and sitting down talking is for pussies
  16. Ive been scanning the last few pages and it seems that you lads have been doing well with some big wins, keep it going and share the wealth.
  17. Terrible day. Hobbling about on crutches and spending a small fortune on cabs. Time to sleep...
  18. No bets today, too busy in getting stuff sorted before the trip. Ive saved money today
  19. Well Done mate. I did my knads yesterday and didnt even play poker as I was too fixated to FM 08 and the Footy/Rugby/Pub! My bets were silly and typically the two wins were in the accy (Leyton and Wycome and the Swansea game was called off). Bad choices although with ten mins to go with the aforementioned winning and both Norwich and Sheff U equalizing I kind of hoped that they would win to allow me to clean up. How wrong was I??!
  20. Ive changed my mind, Raj is a twat.
  21. Harsh that fella. Raj has is own style and tries to keep these boards more fun but he does go into serious mode where need be.
  22. My bets are all losing!! Wooooooooooooo!
  23. You can look at UK odds in decimals too. All that means is they are nearly 2/1 which is better odds than most UK bookmakers. Ta for the link i`ll keep a look out for future bets.
  24. At 200 in the morning most days, the Racing Channel over here reverts from being a late night poker Channel to Aussie Racing. Please send in all your tips as es we can bet! Out of curiosity Roo, can you grab a slip from your local bookies that cover any English games and compare odds with us? When I go out to Cyprus and pick up a footy slip from there bookies I cant believe some of the generous odds they offer on games over there. Its like the odds compiler hasn't a clue! Anyway todays bets are down. Ive gone for two singles today and one Accie. I must admit the Norwich one is dodgy but they are under-performing and there opponents Bristol City are over-achieving and I think at those odds, it may be worth the risk. I'm sure it`ll all go tats up now as I have been running around like an idiot trying to raise as much cash as possible to pay off all my projected bills whilst I am away and trying to take as much cash as possible with me for the gambling venture without going too OTT into the savings and whenever you need money, gambling is never the way to do it! Anyway.... Best Bet - SHEFF U to beat Preston : 10/11 with Totesport £220 win. Silly desperation bet as the odds are to tempting - NORWICH to beat Bristol City : 13/8 with Totesport £110 win Even dumber accie bet not including Norwich as its too dodgy - SHEFF U(4/5), LEYTON(4/6), SWANSEA(4/5), WYCOMBE(8/11) £20 to win £186 Good Luck to all
  25. Bloody Baghdatis! Was 3-1 up in the first set but ended up losing 6-4, 6-4. I actually thought my bet was looking good at one stage in that first set.
