Crap day really - got in from town at 3:40am.... alarm went off at 4:30am to get me up for work so managed about 40 minutes kip. Then couldnt sleep well when I got in from work so Ive been tired all day and was meant to be out on the town again tonight but couldnt be arsed. My idea of a good night out does not involve dozing off in a club around midnight (it's happened before)

Was in an ok mood until msn started pissing about. It's been lousy sinse it became "msn live" - same with hotmail. Took me 10 minutes to read one pissing e-mail earlier.

Ive just got back from Portugal and if anything, the media coverage was even bigger over there. The main stories on all the news stations was of the McCanns and it was in all the papers (second only to Scolari punching a serbia player on wednesday night). It's surreal hearing all the portugese and then the word "Rothley" thrown in every now and then!

No one selling any "genuine" Britney Spears hair yet? Just done a search on the american version and theres 3 items that have gone over the $100k mark and quite a few reaching decent amounts on the UK site. If only I hadn't had my hair cut last week .....

Interesting bet today - Villa are 8/1 to beat Chelsea and i think it was 4/1 for a draw. That must be worth a shot as Chelsea are hardly setting the league alight this season and MON has maintained villa's unbeaten start.

Such a moving storyline and near the end you're guarenteed to have a tear in your eye. Some very powerful and moving scenes!
