Either/or it was an attitude problem and an uninspiring half time team talk. Maybe it was unlucky and the mental weakness showed after the goal, but it seemed pretty in keeping with what's come before for me. The likelihood of us scoring in the second half was certainly true to form.

Mate, even Jeffrey Schlupp managed it. If he was mentally stronger, or if the club was on anything but a freefall trajectory, he would look like a different player I'm sure. He just needs to hit the weights and have a real mentor, which we unfortunately don't have any of left at the club.

I don't think he is though. You don't play for England all the way up the youth teams and show glimpses of potential if you're not capable. He just epitomises the Top down complacency and inertia that has befallen the club. I'm sure that if he came up at a different time/earlier, like Chilwell, he would have threatened the odd England cap and been a steady EPL player.
