Starting to think the quality of the opposition is so bad that we're going to get away with it. Can barely be considered professional football given the amount of unpunished suicidal defending so far. Joseph, Page, Braybrooke and Alves are also just that good that they can't help but drag our heads above water in spite of everything and everyone else.

Even the refs are pony in this league. There's no way this should be considered professional level anything.

If the quality of the league wasn't so heinous we'd have been rightfully hit for 3 or 4 by now. I'm starting to think we will get away with it so bad are most of the opposition, but we're doing our best to still fall short.

At this point the best opposition tactic is just let us have possession and we will inevitably give you it back in dangerous positions.

How many sitters can one player miss? Can't we give BDR away somehow? It's painful to see him.

I think we just dont employ any goalscorers to be the focal point. We have signed 1 potential goalscorer in Bristric, but it was never likely that he would hit the ground running. Then we have Alves, Page & Braybrooke who will probably get 5 odd goals a piece. Other than that I don't know where the goals are coming from.

This is like groundhog day. Even on a forum the majority of the LCFC supporting cynics frequent, the top liked comment in response to the lowest point in our history is basically; 'there's nothing to see here. Get over it.' I wonder where we'd have to be in the footballing pyramid for the majority of Leicester fans to start seeing these warnings as valid concerns...

Seems like the appropriate thread to ask if anyone else is starting to fear that we won't get a new striker or CB through the door, the only player we'll sign on deadline day will be some random loanee in a position we didn't need just to say we've done some business, and that at least a couple of the wantaway players currently left out of the squad will have to be reintegrated? If so we are nailed on to go down again I think. On the flipside of that, recruiting the right striker and CB and we could suddenly start flying. Either way it's a massive couple of days ahead that could decide whether or not we have a club in the future.
