I think the reason for this is that if all of the questions were about the leadership (i.e. the ones we want to answer and express our disillusionment at) then they could just discount it as a disgruntled fans survey. This is a more thorough fan survey encompassing everything and should hopefully be taken more seriously. Although with the level of delusion among the leadership at the club they'll almost certainly still manage to poo poo and ignore it.
