Kristiansen for Thomas is baffling. Arguably our best player along with McAteer who he also took off. By rights you'd expect that move to lead to us fizzling out into nothing now, but hopefully not...

Meh! I'll hold fire on him until next season. So far I can't see what his strengths are and I'm concerned that he might not even make a serviceable Championship player, which given his transfer fee is an impressive effort even by our standards, but we'll see...

I, alone, could do a better job of running this club, part time, around my actual job, than the keystone cops currently attempting to do it. Good money on the table turned down and he hasn't played since. Now we're going to have to spend money we never got for Iverson on providing competition for Stolarczyk next season, or, God forbid... extend Wards contract. 🤢

I really hope there's still someone intelligent left at this club that can convince him to follow the path of Maddison, Barnes, KDH, Bellingham, Bowen, Eze, etc by fighting his way into the Championship team rather than just getting lost in a big 6 youth setup. Given the current leadership I fear it's more likely we'll let him slip away for pennies compensation whilst paying Bobby Reid to play his position next season though...

At this point I want us to institute a policy that 50% of our first team squad have to come through our academy and development squad and let the chips fall where they may. We have the best facilities available for youth development so let's start relying on them rather than mercenaries and ageing journeyman. We just need more competent management to get the best out of them now.

Faes has the worst defensive positioning I have ever seen in a professional footballer. Entirely at fault for both goals so far today.
