Yeah, I heard that too. Supposedly £5m. Maresca doesn’t seem the type to be pressured into anything ( or not picking Adams because of money) and it seems clear that HE is the ones to make football decisions On wether anyone plays or not…

Yeah I just think it would fit in with his philosophy of often rotating players for Daka to have had some minutes recently… if the £5m of true, then he’s possibly just biding his time until he really wants to play him… but he doesn’t seem to be the one to feel pressured into a decision by Jon or Susan..

You don’t just scout the players you sign. You probably scout 10 people for the position you want to fill. And I’m not suggesting he was scouting to go straight into Man City’s first team, but they are known for snapping up great young players..

I’d really like to see some progress from Casadei before I’d take him back.. especially in the prem. Been a bit of a bit part player so far so can’t really judge him. Might need a run of games to start progressing.. it’s almost like a game of football manager where I’d be quite excited if we got an injury so I can bring my wonder kid on…
