You won’t get much agreement on here mate - it’s all gone very quiet since last summer….and it’s only going to get worse.

Only a fool falls back on “we’ve got time”. Your edit saved it.

For the working people, yes.

Inflation up again to 3.6% and 2 months of negative economic growth, taxes up in the autumn. I wish someone had foreseen this happening when the chancellor set out her budget.

Is there some kind of leadership quality I’ve missed from Nelson? Why would we put that on a 21yr old who’s barely played for the club. Bonkers- 127 replies

Yet the club shop will be rammed with people buying it.

You sound like the last Cpl of England managers
-
I think you had this same stance on the Chris Kaba case too. You seem to default to the side of the offender - and question actions of police. I am not promoting that the police operate in a lawless way, but we can’t have situations where people are blindingly obviously breaking the law in violent ways and we stand there and don’t deal with it in a forceful way. There is an uprising of violence, knife crime and gun crime particularly in London, and if offenders know they won’t get the either the book thrown at them or the police don’t meet it with force then our country is going to the dogs.

Brentford losing a top class manager, then getting Jordan Henderson on a free. Grim

Quite the opposite, if we don't achieve the growth forecasts (which we won't) it will be more tax hikes in the autumn......as predicted One pleasing thing to come out of this shambles is Wes Streeting, he seems to be one of the ministers who has a backbone - standing up to junior Drs rather than caving, I just hope he keeps it up.
-
There is always someone retrospectively calling what a police officer ''should of done''....like they've been in this situation before themselves. The police are there to use reasonable force to ensure any form of threat is neutralised, off the back off in this instance a violent and cowardly assault on a female police officer. He should of booted him a few more times.

2 tier justice system, FIFY. You know what I'm getting at.
-
If they aren’t put away for a long time then I don’t think you need any further proof about 2 tier policing

Sabalenka is stuttering quite a bit - I really like her, hope she pulls it around.

Looking forward to some interesting pronunciations of this.

Not saying you couldn't - but a quick google of his net worth doesn't always ring true. Secondly he's got 4/5 kids and an expensive Mrs - whatever he's got in liquid assets could evaporate pretty quickly! He won't be living like the average man on the street... My reply was about £2m being a ''drop in the ocean''
-
£2m of legal fees isn’t a drop in the ocean, that’s £4m of gross earnings?
