just so everyone knows, it's not a straight swap. It's money plus him for KDH. Hopefully it's a minimum 20 million in cash.
-
if he's gotten over the ACL injury and was slowly reintroduced into the Brighton squad last season that is a promising thing. we will need squad fillers who we can keep on lower wages.
-
https://footystats.org/players/poland/jakub-moder decent amount of appearances this season. 17 PL games in a team that finished 11th.

Jakub Moder ranks as the 4th fastest player in the Premier League this season.

Brighton star Jakub Moder, 24, is hit with another six-month driving ban after speeding at 85mph in his £100,000 Audi RS Quattro (after already being banned from the road TWICE!) Poland star originally banned from roads for six months and again for 12 months

I'm backing him. As we should for any manager we hire in my opinion. Let's see how he gets on, and also find out if he is flexible enough to get his head in the sand.
-
They don't have a big transfer budget for this upcoming season. In total the fee we paid for him is reported at 17 million euros. Can we sell him for more than 20?
-
how do we get the "mutual agreement" in regards to him leaving?
-
I agree. Seems nice and the type you would want to have a few cans of carling black label with on a friday evening.

Absolutely I think how a manager presents himself is important. For me leading by example is presenting yourself in the best way possible.. Doesn't matter in what line of work it is. In football you need to instill confidence and gain trust of your players. In my opinion if a manager doesn't attempt to keep fit and dresses or keeps their appearance as something they don't care about, players won't take them seriously as much as they should. https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/5469108/2024/05/07/premier-league-managers-touchline-fashion/ https://ownops.wordpress.com/2014/01/13/dressing-to-impress-what-football-managers-clothes-say-about-them/ https://www.espn.com/soccer/story/_/id/37583105/how-do-klopp-guardiola-mourinho-measure-up https://www.bbc.co.uk/bbcthree/article/941e4158-fcbd-4526-a306-132d71f3e969 Now for physical facial looks who cares, in my opinion everyone looks different and we shouldn't judge or make fun of someone based on that I agree.

At least you can admit it. I'm sure there are hundreds of others on this forum who can't publicly come out and say it. That sort of self awareness, courage, and teamwork by keeping an open line of communication should be recognized. Get this man a job in the analysis team to review video and pictures for reports on our team and scouting reports.

Positives on the impending Cooper appointment

Thank you so very much for your opinion Premier League!!! (Mostly sarcasm in this statement, however some good analysis and stats in the article lol) https://www.premierleague.com/news/4041925 How about you sort out this nonsense mess about FFP and points deductions, first. Outrageous. -

Small man. Small notebook what else was small?

Rudkin is going no where. It’s obvious as long as Top is around Rudkin will be here. As for that scenario. Points deduction if it happens will be determined before the season starts. Manager and club will know what the target point total will be needed to stay up.

I would like to know which other potential managers applied/contacted and got an interview. We have a world class training ground and facilities setup. You would think we would get some noteworthy applicants based on that alone. Anyways I will back him and hope he does well 😁 Also why was there no photoshoot style introduction? That makes me think of a funny moment for me I remember when we signed Claudio and saw this picture and thought my gosh the old boy already needed a rest so they got him a chair to finish the photoshoot.

I wanted Niko Kovac, I got Steve Cooper. This is life.
