Guy Branston is a (at best) a mediocre youth coach who hit his ceiling at Leicester in coaching terms and is now trying his luck at being an agent. No harm in it and good luck to him. However, that means he is dependant on Rudkin and Leicester which will be his biggest contact in the game. His answers were so muddled, it’s unlikely he believed them himself. But he is not going to burn that bridge. I would take his comments about Rudkin and the set up with a pinch of salt. Love this Pod. This season it’s been very therapeutic and enjoyable. They gave Branston a fair and respectful crack and handled it well. But the above is the reason he (Branston) was conflicted when asked pressing questions. Well done for not laughing him off the “so called” pod -

So Guy, what does best in the business Rudkin do well ? He recruits well, look at the guys around him, great recruiter. thanks Guy, so who do we hold to account for this mess if not Rudkin. Well you’ve got to look at the influence of the people and departments around him not doing his job. Brilliant Guy, -

“So called” So called Premier League - was the best. -
A lot of our players have been mismanaged this season. Yes, there is self awareness and responsibility but proper management is vital. Winks, Mavididi, Riccy P, Justin, Facundo, Vardy (how many 90 mins for a player who was scoring reasonably at the start), Okoli and even Mcateer have been managed very very poorly by either or both very poor managers we’ve had in charge.

I dont know if its me with the old "he isnt here so must be fantastic" opinion but do you think Souttar has had enough time here to show us what he can do ? I mean the season we went down where he played a few games, he had some short comings but also did other things not so bad. He looked levels above both Faes and Vestegaard have this year. We have plenty of disatrous moments this year but I cant recall him having multiple clangers as we have had with donut 1 and 2 this year. If (and its a big if) we went up with Nelson, Souttar and Okoli, signing one more centre back - subject to multiple things of course (Nelson adapting well, Okoli developing and Souttar being the rock he has been for large parts for SU), potentially we would be in a better position than we were in at the start of this season - leaving the "quality CB signing" for the Premier League with more appeal and funds to do it.

If we have an option to play BEK, Fatawu, Mavididi and Winks in the midfield. We should be aiming for the top 2. Still think Stephy will be better for his experiences this season. Fatawu has had no real experience due to injury and BEK is a talent. All three maintain the potential to be good PL pros and going into the championship with the 3 of them at your disposal means you are a favourite. Winks I worry about but he is a very good championship footballer. Whether we keep all three is another question. We do need a striker, a DM, a CB and full back. Aim for quality. No has-beens or stop gaps please.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
Mickyblueeyes replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
I’m telling you, he will scrape two more draws against the mighty Ipswich and Saints and this ***** of an owner will keep him. -
My biggest fear is that Van Nistelrooy and these bunch of goons get one or two decent looking results. Ignoring the fact that they’ve got nothing to play for, have a run of games against weaker opposition (which shows how much he’s ****ed up that it isn’t a “run in”) and most teams we are playing are on the beach, it impresses the simpleton owner and they give him the gig next year. The problem of having a chairman with the IQ of a child high on weed with little or no friends and desperate to show off his McDonald’s at home, he is very easily impressed or convinced when no other person would be. Three dickheads again next season will be too much to take.

Conor Coady in his time at Leicester has contributed, giving 2 penalties to the opposition, being Cannon’s mate and 256 podcasts. If he is even in contention for first team place, let alone bloody club captain, give up on the season from now.

17 points behind our nearest rival for survival. Likely relegated with what 5 maybe 6 games left. Absolutely embarrassing management. I don’t care if he starts 11 15 year olds for the rest of the season, this manager, this owner, these players, this board, the lot are the worst I’ve ever seen. And yes that includes the rubbish when we went to league one, they were shit but tried most of the time. Worst season ever.

There was effort today, yes and that last 15 was enjoyable after weeks of what has been the worst period I’ve ever experienced (in football terms) as a Leicester fan but boy were there issues. There were multiple moves where basic organisation was missing. One that sticks out to me was in the second half when Minteh had the entire left side to himself. Mavididi lost him. I think Thomas was no where to be seen. The left centre back had no idea. I have no idea how he didn’t score. I have no idea how they didn’t score multiple times. He’s added nothing to us. In fact he’s taken us back significantly. We are going to finish on and around 20 points and that, even with this squad is disgraceful. He should’ve been gone weeks ago. No way can he be our manager next year. No way. -

They went out there and were competitive for many parts. That’s it, all that is needed. No one is asking to win the league. It’s not that hard. -
Actually disagree. I think he cares. For selfish reasons. He wants to be worshipped. He wants to be admired like his father was. Thats why he cares. His problem is, he believes he is owed that - you will see it in the end of season statement. You see it in his “not my fault” comments. You see it in his pathetic face when he does show up and we get spanked. As a person he has very little integrity. The problem is, he doesn’t want to do any of the leg work. His father tried so hard to make him competent- what did he do in all those years ? Very little and now it’s biting him in the ass and unfortunately impacting us. Comparing it to his sisters - both taken assistant roles in the KP organisation to learn from experienced folk. Both have washed their hands of us due to this fools incompetence. We are having to deal with a village idiot. Self inflicted. He has nothing good about him. The worst thing to happen to our club is this guy (by luck) being a successful man’s son. And self appointing himself as our leader. Should never have been anywhere near the board let alone the chair of it. Those who believe the insults should be withdrawn etc. will see the real Top come the end of the season, the spoilt brat who still believes he is the best thing to happen to us, those who want to be nice about it will get there id say in 18 months. Just like Rodgers, just like Rudkin. what is happening to our club is not normal and sod being nice about the cause.

Ruud van Nistelrooy - New Manager - Official
Mickyblueeyes replied to moore_94's topic in Leicester City Forum
You know the thing that is the most frustrating. It’s over and everyone knows it’s over. Including Top and Van Nistelrooy. Despite the financial reasons for why he hasn’t gone yet, with that knowledge and the disaster that has been this season, which in my opinion is the worst not only because of the results but the basic lack of professionalism, you’d expect us to be prepared with a replacement. Right now, doing the background work on a replacement. With our history of always taking too long to act, the lack of basic knowledge of potential replacements and Top’s audacity to think he adds any value to the process, being proactive instead of reactive would show some effort to change on part of the little *****. But no, you just know Mr. It’s not my fault, will be sat there with 2 inch cock in his finger tips, watching each of these defeats and the disasters. Holding no one to account and will only start to think about it two days after Van Nistelrooy eventually goes and perhaps after this god awful season has ended. This is the standard this waste of sperm had brought to this club and I ****ing despise him for it. -

What can you say. There’s nothing. Nothing at all to hang onto. We need someone out there to save this club from the little ***** Top. This is the worst. -
Tell me how Riccy didn’t make this side under cooper

Has any team been this bad before. We fluked results at the start which means we are not bottom but this bad. No effort, no commitment, no idea. Crap fan base. Crap owners. Crap players. Crap players. Crap manager. Crap board. what is there to hang onto.

How much did Chelsea ruin us this season?
Mickyblueeyes replied to An Away Move's topic in Leicester City Forum
Chelsea didn’t do anything. They paid us £10m or so for a manager who at this stage is an amateur. We’ve been ruined by **** Top and no one else. Everything stems from that waste of sperm -
There is no way this run won’t have a roll on next season.
