Out of interest , how many games home or away do you go ? Easy not to moan, when you don't turn up week in week out. -
Very North Korea.

Jeff astles widow hit by thrown object at wba game
Hugo Sanchez replied to southfox66's topic in Leicester City Forum
Is defo a West Midlands thing though. Stoke, Birmingham, West Brom, Wolves, Villa and Coventry always has some kinda trouble. I'd say there's more trouble at West Midlands games then east midland games. -

What I noticed Saturday is their a lot of lads who go , don't care about the actual game. Some people Saturday turned up completely rat arsed drunk and had no idea what was actually going on, on the pitch. Also these over the top celebrations of falling down the stairs and ending up on the floor. I'd understand if it was a massive game and was a massive goal but going 3-1 up against the shittest team in the league hardly warrants it. Also noticed they don't sing or anything, or support the team. Spend more time in the concourse throwing beer around singing **** the IRA. I didn't see any coin throwing but did go out for a fag at HT and noticed the fence separating both fans was being targeted by mostly our fans and throwing bottles over. Reading the stuff on Facebook about it, the club have used cctv and got faces of the people throwing coins. They'll get banned but they'll still be able to get tickets and go though. Same as Madrid away, a lot of people out there who weren't even bothered about the Football. -

Priet I think played the Crewe cup game, the year we was in the prem under Micky Adams or came on as sub. Nathan Blake ( one of the worst strikers ever ) Chris Makin (scored a fine OG at cov) Jon Ashton (Ipswich away ) Who was that young defender who came on against Sheffield Utd the season we played Cardiff in the play offs. Remember Morrison having a 45 yard screamer just tipped over in that game. He played 45 mins was nowhere ready and never to be seen again. -
Least amount of supporters standing?

If you don't go away games then how can you comment on away crowds ? I don't go to watch the tigers so I wouldn't comment on their atmosphere. If you go away games then I'll take your comments seriously but if you don't then I don't think you should be saying anything in all honesty. -
Iborra - lack of closeness within the squad

Band of brothers was sprouted only 2 years ago. Kante and drinkwater have left. So why all of a sudden is there's none of it left ? -

No I'm aloud my opinion Stalin , where did I say bounce like a loon ? Standing up and singing ? What's wrong with that ? Most away support is built on them values. Maybe if you turned up to a away game now and again you would understand. Don't tell me to go support Barnsley, when I'm taking time off work and using my holidays to go Everton on Wednesday nights. Im sick of fans like you who play the " i don't go many away games now, but when I use to go " blah blah blah telling me about our away ends. When you turn up and pay your money and take time out your life then I shall take your views on board. -

Tbf sk1 is the only block in the kop that try and make noise. Sk2 Sk3 and Sk4 are embarrassing in terms of atmosphere. Why do people chose to sit in the Kop and then sit down and make no effort to sing ? I look around me and think why do these people come to football ? Also people who go away games and sit down and don't sing , what's that all about ? Our away ends where so much better in the championship. Where you could turn up and pay on the gate and stand with your mates. Seems a lot of OAP's and people who take pack lunches with them. -
https://www.si.com/soccer/2018/02/24/vicente-iborra-opens-about-life-leicester-and-surprised-lack-closeness-team very intresting interview with the going on in the squad. For all this band of brothers thing what was used during the title winning season. Doesn't seem to exist anymore. Also basically admitting he wants to go back to Spain and it hasn't worked out here for him. A shame because at first I thought he was another inler and wasn't up to standard but then started to put in decent performances to be dropped for no real reason.

But I will applaud the UFS on the bags of confetti yesterday. That was a good idea and I liked to see more of that and before people think I'm having a pop at them for no reason. I have donated many times in the past to the UFS. -

Oh yes , one person trying to confront 20 ultras I'm trying to help improve the atmosphere not start a argument or a fight. -

Why I can't be doing with the UFS, their drummer is annoying and half the time just is drumming for no reason. You don't need a drummer to create a atmosphere either. The atmosphere situation needs needs sorting out though, everyone saying the UFS are doing a wonderful job must be on drugs. The atmosphere is at a all time low. I think it time to start a new group with no Ultra side to it but who want to just improve the atmosphere side of things. It needs to happen in SK1 still but with none of the ultra shite that comes with the UFS. -
Plaudits for our Atmosphere, let's keep it up
Hugo Sanchez replied to Weller in Tights's topic in Leicester City Forum
UFS don't help , I'm not trolling I'm being serious from somebody who's stand in SK1. The drummer just drums non stop and it's annoying. One stage in the 2nd half some leuven fans I'm guessing, started singing and there were about 12 of them and a lot people not in the UFS joined in and then the UFS resorted to singing something else. -
No one ever wanted him and nobody hardly sings his name (except the UFS ) Yes 100% we need to get a new manager in the summer but it's who is out there. I would let him have the rest of the season and then sack him straight after the Spurs game. We're not gonna get into Europe and not gonna win the cup but we won't go down. This mess hasnt been fixed since ranieri got sacked. Shakey got the job to steady the ship and he did but that summer we should of got a proper manager in and kicked on. Worst thing is that we've got one of the best squads we've ever had and it's being wrecked by a shite manager who doesn't like attacking football. We might be 8th but like Southampton last season it's because the league is so poor from 7th to 20th. If the owners are serious about getting into the top 6 then we need a complete change with manager and backroom staff. Clowns like Rudkin need binning.

The Sevilla home game was the best night and the credit goes to Shakey. Apart from the Brugge away game , the group stage was pretty boring. -

Hugo Sanchez replied to hackneyfox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Okay no more Pearson talk but in all seriousness now. How do you take a team from being premier league champions to the relagtion zone only 8 months later ? Kante aside because no one was ever expecting us to win it again. That's where my Evidence stands on him not being a good manager. The players are too blame ? Why did the players, all of a sudden stop playing for a manager that guided them to a league title ? Why has he ended up at Nantes if he's such a good manager ? I'm sorry to keep going on but surely funny interviews can only take you so far. -
Year ago today that Claudio's 'dream died'
Hugo Sanchez replied to hackneyfox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Yes he did win the premier league and I'm not arguing that. How much of a part did he really play is my argument. Avran grant could of won the league and the champions league with Chelsea back in 08. Came close but even if he did. Everyone would gave Jose the credit and rightly so. His players, his coaching staff and his methods. Claudio isn't a good football manager and hasn't been for along time and history proves that. Normally last a couple of seasons and he's found out. -

The same media who tore the club to shreds after he was rightly sacked ? Also Pearson won his last 7 out of 9 games and was nonimated for manager of the season. He would of had the same players just not benny or the legendary Inler. You've got no substance to your argument I'm afraid. -

The P word ? If it wasn't for the P word, we could still be rotting in the football league. Have some respect for the man who gave you your best years supporting City. -

So why wouldn't had we won it under Pearson ? Not a lot of people know the true story of that season and one day the truth will come out about how much of a part Claudio played and what the players and the coaching staff thought of him. He was very good at selling himself to the media I'll give him that.
