National league and PL thinking of creating a new competition with the Premier league Under 21 teams involved. So are the Under 21s going to pull out of the EFL trophy and play in this lower down instead?

Apparently someone tweeted he has been there but also obviously made a trip to Wembley.

The Swedish league have rejected VAR or rather their fans have and been heard. https://www.thetimes.co.uk/sport/football/article/sweden-bows-to-fan-power-and-becomes-first-country-to-reject-var-hc0nwtjdm Do you think if they voted again the clubs here would agree to scrap it?

This last minute penalty could end up being so key for both teams ! https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/68114990 -
Littler seems to be enjoying himself in Liverpool with the crowd . Lucky to get into the final though. Aspinall blew the semi badly .

GD could still be important so these decisions mlght be key .

They have had an on the beach feel to them for a while and obviously Man City have been ruthless.

Looks like Xavi is staying at Barca till next year now. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c4n1q3ey175o

Would it make any difference to subjective decisions though ? That seems to be the main issue - each ref and VAR having their own view on something - was never going to be perfection. Unless maybe officials learn from each other if they are aware of what is said and understand why they made that and someone else thought differently?

I see Forest don't want Neville and Carragher at their game v Man City on Sunday. Sky should just send Micah Richards there just to wind them up! Has any Sky pundit actually agreed with their stance? I think they would have got more support by saying in their view the decisions were wrong rather than going on about bias etc.

Or last a few months then be dropped or forgotten about.

No was harsh and quite a long way before the goal Particularly when Atwell was involved considering what went on at the weekend. Mind you on MOTD they thought it was the right decision and the red card was harsh so they what do we know ..

No that was a joke going around . He mocked a disabled person in a video he sent to someone . Admittedly it was a private one and he was grassed up ( maybe as they knew disabled people?) but he was lucky to get back in ? https://amp.theguardian.com/football/2019/dec/31/referee-bobby-madley-dark-joke-premier-league-sack -
I think he definitely has had a strong connection with the community which is why they are particularly upset almost that he is going .

Is he the one who took the mickey out of a disabled person . i suspect had it been towards someone of race or to do with sexuality he probably would have not been allowed back but maybe just being cynical ? -
Had one disallowed too. GoN will probably be fuming again. Klopp's fairy-tale ending turning into a nightmare.
