4 wins out of 27 against the top 10 if we don't win this tonight. Astonishing.

Whatever coaching courses the FA are providing, it has to stop. Now. Same ****ing courses Brendan Rodgers went on. Pass pass pass pass, all in front of the opposition. Slow, turgid, relying on the opposition to fall asleep before we can create a chance. Look at Belgium and Brazil the other night, within 3 passes they are at the edge of our box and we are shitting ourselves. Sack him tonight. Literally the entire country can see what's going to happen. With the talent pool we have it's an utter disgrace.

Whether he's chasing or being chased he's a bit of a bomb scare. Loss of concentration. Regarding Hamilton it's giving me Ricciardo 2018 vibes. He'd just beaten Verstappen in 2017, was beating him again in 2018 but after he announced he was leaving for Renault in 2019 everything started going wrong with outright speed and reliability. He finished 3rd only behind the Red Bulls just 3 months ago. He hasn't declined to this extent in such a short space of time. As for Verstappen at least the dreaded 100% for the season is now out of the window. No doubt it will be back to normal next race

25 games against top 10 opposition. 4 wins. Criminal.

100% The minutes applause at the start made me think about what El Tel would have done with this bunch of players.

We know. You always find the time to tell us every time they play.

Friendly or not. A standard Southgate defeat against a Top 10 nation. Doesn't matter who we or the opposition fields. It's an automatic loss or a scrappy draw. It's an absolutely catastrophic record. One of the most bizarre in pro sports.

Leicester 'could face points deduction next season'
BlueSi13 replied to ClaphamFox's topic in Leicester City Forum
Slightly off topic but this isn't spoken about enough. The decline of Sky Sports has been spectacular. Extremely poor quality and low budgets across the board (whilst they ramp up the prices to customers every year). As the primary rights holder to professional football in this country their influence is absolutely huge and I almost hold them primarily responsible for the slow death of the sport. -
Against the reigning Heavyweight Champion of the World, who many people (including former/current world champions) think lost the fight. Usyk has Joshua's numbers on a technical level for sure. However that was mightily impressive tonight.
-
AJ is entering his villain arc. Menacing. Maybe some people need to accept UFC and Boxing are two completely different sports. Would have thought people would have realised that when YouTubers were knocking out former UFC champions.
-
Somebody tell Michael Buffer that Watford is not in London.
-
Bloody hell it's past 3am there. Why are they even bothering?
-
Some fat bloke in the front row was on his phone for most of the fight. Shitshow. All we need now is Ngannou to spark out AJ and we can stick a fork in the sport of Boxing.

It's also running well over an hour late FFS. No idea why Saudi Arabia pays for these events when it's clear nobody gives a ****.

In fairness I don't think Hamilton has been moaning that much really. He's been pretty chilled whenever I've listened to him. He just sounds checked out with Mercedes. He knows he's gone at the end of the year and Mercedes are all-in on GR now. He knows the car they have this year won't even be able to match what he achieved last year so it looks as if he's going through the motions right now. We'll see if things pick up as the season goes on but he hasn't turned up yet that's for sure. OR we really are seeing the very sudden decline which would also be understandable considering he'll be 40 this year Personally I hope that's not the case as I wouldn't like to see another Michael Schumacher situation when he was well beaten by Rosberg 3 years on the bounce. Maybe we'll look back at 2023 and say that was his Mourinho at Manchester United moment when he dragged himself to 3rd in the standings below Red Bull when the car really had no business being placed that high. Maybe that could/should have been the end.

Perhaps but I think the old heads in F1 need to be careful. F1 is American owned now. The idea of a single team & driver dominating like this is a foreign concept to them. Considering that Liberty are trying to crack the American market, as soon as the money and interest starts drying up we'll start hearing about F1 becoming more of a spec series/success ballasts etc. This will be the 3rd year of this with no signs of any other team getting to within a second of Red Bull. Madness.
-
Or ..... do something to slow the Red Bulls down in 2025 like they did to the Mercedes in 2021. This isn't sustainable.
-
If we lose it from the position we were in I'd gladly drive them out of the club myself. No point repeating the same mistakes as 20 & 21. Blow it all up and start again from scratch.
-
10 seconds faster than last year. Season over. Also, as a season opener I personally can't remember a worse one. Apart from Leclerc moaning about his brakes and mechanical issues with the Mercedes there was absolutely nothing going on. Looking dire.

Leeds United (A) 3-1 - Post-Match Thread

Record against promotion rivals so far: W1 D2 L2. 5 points from 15. Poor. Failure to beat QPR next Saturday I think we are in big big trouble with the fixtures we have coming up after that. The confidence Leeds United will get from this result will be unbelievable. Ipswich Town refuse to go away and are relishing the underdog tag. Their mentality is fantastic. Southampton are due a bounce back. This is going down to the wire. I can only pray it doesn't end the same way as 20 & 21. Not sure how the club would recover if we were to choke in such an unprecedented manner....again. -

The thing is, from the position we had, is falling over the line any better than not making it at all? Imagine what teams will do to us in the Premier League. -

Getting to the point where we need to think about cancelling the contracts of any players who played under Brendan Rodgers. Our application and mentality when we feel pressure is the worst you'll ever see. As for Daka and Mavididi, I stand by what I said in the match thread, drop them for a month. Totally ****ing unacceptable. For me I think it's a coin toss for whether we go up. Are people really confident we have the mental fortitude to get this done? Remember when we said we'd be fine in 20 & 21. That we'd be too good to go down in 23? -
As if we'd make it to Wembley
