Doctors and physios leave all the time. Turnover in the sector is massive. I work with Premier League club doctors and can be chatting to them about a deal at the club they are with one minute and then they’re telling me they’ve gone somewhere else the next! Not alarming. They’ll be replaced by similar. Theres also an awful lot of money to be earned online working for various companies as a doctor/physio at the minute
