Gave up, member since the days you could get into the terracing at the front of the main stand at filbo for a couple of quid as a kid, ST for around 15 years. Used to be absolutely buzzing to go and watch games, even in the Pleat years always looked forward to it. Brian Little years were superb. Even as recently as Rennes away it felt great to be there. Since then over the last three seasons it’s become more and more of a chore to go, poor atmosphere, fans getting at each other regularly, nothing to get you off your seat on the pitch. No excitement left for it. Hate what we’ve become, terrible ownership, no morals at all with shirt sponsor, pricing people out of going, horrendous attitude towards supporter communication. Doesn’t feel like the club I invested so much energy into. Don’t miss going at all and not paying to go there while KP in charge. Have watched on and off on TV but as other posters have said barely celebrate when we score, not really arsed when we concede. What a pity after 40 plus years supporting the club there’s absolutely no joy left.

The downward spiral won’t turn until there’s a much much stronger Director of football at the club. It’s so mindbogglingly obvious but Rudkin has got himself so close to the owner that there’s no chance this will happen. Meanwhile we think it’s bad now, there’s probably another 3 or 4 years of deterioration coming.
