t's not about that meeting it's about how we go forward and change the balance of power. The agreement for confidentiality was made by the FT board who'd been there for years and with only 300 members, of course they could do better but with better backing of membership numbers a revitalised FT could demand and get more.

With 30k members they'd have their email addresses and probably phone numbers so easy to keep them in the know and take polls. When they're negotiating if the they can say we represent the views of 10k/20k/30k fans then that automatically gives them a position of strength. 600 members and £10k (guessed) in the bank will mean nothing to the club.
