  1. While I’m sure every fan wants more Comms from the club to inspire us, they can’t share information that gives other clubs an advantage when negotiating transfers with us, both out going or incoming
  2. All you can do is promote on as many different socials & message boards. Different people promoting maybe on say various Facebook groups, share on each one of them & reply to any who post criticisms of the Trust’s current comms saying thats exactly why you should be completing the survey Keep making the point you want views from all fans
  3. For clarity Is that 1, 000 new members or is the total membership now 1,000 Of the new members joined in the last 2 weeks, what % are paid members and what % have taken the less committed free option (as pointed out above, a price of a pint isn’t a stretch for most people)
  4. I agree it’s a two way street. Who started it is largely irrelevant (each side of the debate will blame the opposing view) it’s the lack of respecting others opinion that is the main issue
  5. I was replying to you backing up what you had said, as you were handing out leaflets you obviously understood. The leafleting is a good activity and ensures those completing aren’t just FoxesTalk posters, a site where the current Trust team is most active
  6. It is tolerance that is required on both sides of any situation. There has always been boisterous fans and quiet fans, it is the lack of respect for each others preferred method of support that has become the issue, far too toxic towards fans who don’t share the same viewpoints. Wanting change at board level isn’t anything new, it comes in cycles alongside the success or failure on the pitch
  7. So fans who have supported the club for many years shouldn’t go due to the behaviour of fellow fans ? There needs to be tolerance and respect whatever fan “type” you are. The older fans were most likely boisterous in their day, it doesn’t mean they should be forced not to go now
  8. Whether a fan wants change at the club or not, giving your views via the survey gives a chance to give your view & affect the overall thinking of the Trust
  9. You don’t think some of the chants are aggressive abuse which upsets other fans ? A number of fans find the concourse at away games very intimidating Both sides of the debate cannot deny some responsibility for the toxic nature of the divided fan base
  10. It is, fans need to respect each others views and there are plenty of posts on here that are abusive to fellow fans who don’t want a change of ownership. However it makes no sense for those not agreeing with the current approach of the Trust to not complete the survey as that would be the only way for the Trust to reconsider their current thinking
  11. Your logic is floored as match tickets are so much more expensive than the price an ST works out per game, so match tickets could be significantly reduced & ST's will still pay less per game than match ticket buyers
  12. I’ve never had my name sang for just doing my job either
  13. Equally you don’t get boo’s at work either or be sang at that you are unsuitable for your clothing
  14. So the players & unite for change finally have something in common… how it feels not to receive fans backing
  15. There isn’t the demand for that level of safe standing
  16. Interesting you use the above in quotation marks, find and share the link to where the club stated this ? A journalist ran a report along those lines but there was never anything from the club to indicate this was the case.
  17. 50% would love to know how you worked out that figure ? 1st protest march highest figure claimed was 700, accept not every anti fan would make the effort but it’s a big leap to say 15,000 fans Might be 50% of Foxestalk active posters, but so many fans don’t visit & post on this message board
  18. When comparing the 2 losses, we need to factor in: 1) Hsrdly any player sales within the £71m loss, but significant sales in the previous year and will be again when the 25/26 accounts come out 2) Player contract clauses, so the significant relegation wage reductions (maybe as high as 50%, based on the recent reports about Winks) in the 23/24 figures, with the reverse applying for 24/25
  19. Totally disagree, we don’t put enough pressure on officials to gain an advantage for our team We have received at least one red this season because of opposition fans going mental about a challenge in their home ground
  20. I agree that was the case As for today, I wasn’t sure if the “official organisers” whoever they are even planned for a protest - if they did they should communicate it isn’t happening today Or whether it was some random posters on here believing there would be one today & it was never planned at all
  21. Given Top has stated he will rebuild this is certainly the more likely outcome
  22. It’s wide spread practice across many clubs
  23. I was one of the 7,000 at Filbert Street during the Pleat era, that was a far less filled stadium
  24. ST Prices weren’t reduced last time we were relegated to League One, we aren’t down yet
  25. I’ve heard an email was sent to members
