When we only scored 9 vs Southampton. We should have broken the record not just settled for matching it. I knew then that the club lacked the drive and ambition to move forward but of course the flask drinkers lapped it up and bought the commemorative DVD. I was vindicated a few months later when the poor form began.

But it is the record for the highest away win in top flight history.

Obviously that lock out can't be helped and old people have as much right to carry on supporting their club and renewing. It's the clubs structure not the older fans fault.

I hope this is a good chance to get some fresh bodies in though because we need it.

Just like to say that as an old (67) fan I've never taken anything into any ground with anything more than a packet of Haribo. I'm often reminded that I have a mental age of an 18-year old when it comes to the City.

Honestly this season has been the stuff of ****ing nightmares…… Cov in the premier league…. For **** sake. And still, some fans sit there and clap…..

Still a decent chance that Notts Forest get relegated

Saturday afternoons aren't the problem for me. It's the myriad of other kick off days and times that ruin your life.

And that is one of the main reasons that convinced me not to renew. Football is now for the TV fans and not supporters that attend to make the product what it is. We all saw how poor the spectacle became during the lockdowns and that's where it's heading even without Covid. No more midweek games for me and not that many others either.

It’s the club culture. One of apathy and laziness and nowhere near enough emphasis on excellence. Everyone gets an easy time of it, taking lots of money despite the entire system having an extremely poor output.

Most of our players would have been significantly better in regards to attitude and application in a culture that demanded high standards. In addition, some of them wouldn’t be here if the culture demanded high standards. They would never have been bought.

The players are unfit and lazy as they haven’t been pushed enough to not be. They are poorly coached because nobody is setting standards for the coaches.

New managers walking into this culture have no chance as a lone voice.

Incredibly weak leadership. It should have one goal - success on the pitch - but there are obviously lots of other factors at play, that have destroyed the culture and ethos of the club.

    Key Aspects of Culture
    • Learned and Shared: Culture is not innate; it is acquired through interaction, observation, and imitation within a society.

    One word: Seagrave.

That won’t come into effect until next season

"If found guilty, West Brom face a points deduction which, according to the EFL's sanctioning guidelines, would be applied this season and potentially mean they drop into the relegation zone."

Will 3 wins save us? Would 2 wins and a 2 draws save us?

What do we need, if we have no hope what is the point? Positive replies welcome, sarcasm not tolerated.

We are not down until the R is by out name. I belive if we beat pompey we could take this to the last day, get within 3 of rovers and I would take that going into the last game knowing a win would leapfrog them, and hopefully another.

Don't do it to yourself. It's the hope....

We couldn't beat bottom of the table Sheffield wednesday, who are on their knees. Even after all the teams around us dropped points and a win would take us out of the relegation zone. Not even that was enough to motivate this squad. Why would you expect us to win ANY of our remaining games?

Neither could top-of-the-table Cov, to be fair.

How do you get started at gardening? I moved into my first house 18 months ago.

I keep on top of the basics e.g mowing the lawn and cutting hedges back.

The border to the drive is starting to look dishevelled but I don’t know what are and aren’t weeds.

Stating the obvious but it's worth using Google lens to identify plants. You might find some gems that are worth keeping

So who has decided they are NOT renewing?

My son and me. Can't justify the 270 mile round trip anymore. Saddens me but they will always be my club and I'm sure that I'll still go to the odd match depending on ticket prices. Swansea could be our last match as STH's :(
