Mainly because it was originally going to be played on a heavily used pitch, so albeit at short notice, no rules were broken. Used pitches heavily favour spinners too. So it's not like we were intentionally screwing the other team over. If the pitch was in poor condition but not changed it would have been criticised too . I don't agree that a semi final venue for this tournament should have already be selected for one team only though. That's not right.
