I didn't mean to add to any speculation btw. Just can't be doing with all the conspiracy merchants when this stuff happens. I've seen the still of the video. People are claiming he doesn't look 53. It's very blurry, I doubt I'd recognise myself in an image like that let alone be able to accurately assess the age of a total stranger.

I've seen the video where they open the car door. You can see he's white, but there's no way you can tell when age he is, it's far to blurry. He also drives straight at one man, stops and then veers left into a larger crowd of people. I don't think he was panicked, it looked like he intended to hit as many people as possible.

I mean that was just one of the things my mate was complaining about, so probably not true. In reality Palace made a couple of sales last summer, including Olise for big money and Anderson who was their starting CB along side Guehi. It put them in a stronger positions to keep players like him. Parish's aim is to keep Palace up and keep the finances in check, and the club has done that and more this season. I'm sure my mate wouldn't be happy if Newcastle just sold all their players this summer to the first team that bids. Especially if they already sold one for big money to the sell another star for big money too. Or if they sold Bruno I'm sure he wouldn't be happy to see Tonali also sold off too.

My mate, who's a Newcastle fan and just witnessed his club win something for the first time in not just his lifetime but his parents, didn't want Palace to win their first ever honour because they rejected Newcastle's £70m odd bid for Guehi last summer. He wanted to deny Palace fans the joy he experienced because he doesn't like Steve Parish. I honestly don't get it Parish has every right to reject a bid for a player under contract. He also has every right to refuse to deal with certain clubs, and apparently he wasn't over keen on dealing with Newcastle due to their owners. You sell your soul to the devil, you pay the consequences. Newcastle had apparently agreed terms with Guehi prior to making a bid (which I'm sure used to be against the rules), but it's still in the selling clubs power to reject any bid. I think my mate also forgets that Palace sold Anderson last summer. No team is selling both their starting centre backs in the last few days of the transfer window, and once one is sold they are going to play hardball with the second one. Find the attitude odd from someone who has just experienced what Newcastle fans have this season to hate on a club like Palace who are so well run at the minute and not want them to have their moment. Sure they've had some boring years, but Parish has done a great job recently, would love someone with his foresight on our board. I'm delighted for Palace fans, it's great to see different clubs win things and rise to prominence, just like we've experienced ourselves.

That shouldn't be the attitude though should it. Drivers shouldn't avoid challenging Max because they know he'll push them off the track. Needs stamping out, the FIA are too lenient with him.

Does Raducanu need a coach? She didn't really have one during the US Open win, just her childhood tennis coach. She's tried various different coaches and struggled with form and fitness, until now where she's put together her best run of results, and she currently coachless. Maybe to much outside noise muddles things up for her and she just better working things out on her own.

I find there's so much conflicting information, because you're saying no cheese and eggs, other places saying they are fine.

Been in hospital since Friday. I feel fine but my blood sugars and ketones are high. Dr's suspect I have type 1 diabetes, so just trying to get the levels under control. Frustratingly they can't get the levels down at the minute so hopefully nothing else is wrong, hoping to escape today, but feeling unlikely. Once I'm out it's a total lifestyle change. I try and watch what I eat, but the constant check of blood sugar levels and the regimented meal times is going to be tough to get used to.
