  1. "East Midlands Ambulance Service said it was called to an address in Leicester at 17:03 GMT on Tuesday. A spokesperson said: "The caller reported a medical emergency. We sent a paramedic in an ambulance car, three crewed ambulances and a responder from the air ambulance was also in attendance. "We transported one patient to Leicester Royal Infirmary."
  2. There has to be a reason. Lessons are learnt after each one of these incidents and could be that info isn't given out the same way as the Notts stuff was. Bit of a double edged sword that if they said it was one thing, you set a certain set of folks asking what colour they are and where they are from, or in this case you say nothing and everyone is guessing.

  4. How it is worded by person on FoxesOfLeicester makes it sound worse than it is. It did it's job though and got reactions and clicks to the site. The quote comes from the Four Four Two piece. Simpson says he knows the club is going through some tough times, doesn't know if the club were planning an event and if they were, he hasn't heard of one yet. https://www.fourfourtwo.com/team/we-havent-heard-anything-from-the-club-about-a-10-year-reunion-for-our-premier-league-title-but-the-lads-are-chatting-and-well-have-one-if-we-can-help-leicester-city-during-a-difficult-time-we-would-ex-foxes-star-tells-fft-about-anniversary-plans "“I don’t know, the club’s going through a difficult time, we haven’t heard anything from the club,” he told FourFourTwo. “But we’ve got a WhatsApp group, ‘Reunion 2026’, and we’ve had a few chats about what we’re going to do. Obviously most of the lads are retired now, although some are still playing."" Frankly, it's bollocks. If the choice was getting the guys back together at whatever expense to have them stand on the pitch against Preston North End at half time when we could be fighting to stay in the championship, or don't and the time, money and effort go into something else that helps the club, I am more than happy to. The club don't currently have a pot to piss in, and the players are millionaires so many times over. They are all grown adults and in some cases are still playing. They can arrange their own stuff and meet up. The club shouldn't be footing the bill if they want to get together. Apart from a single photo op, there is nothing more the club can do, and trying to wrangle even just the starting 11 to Seagrave would be difficult and do nothing more than fill a post on the socials for a day or so. Such a non story. Danny Simpson wants a catch up with his team mates and happened to tell a journalist.
  5. Lad is going to come in and score 15 by the end of the season you just watch. That or he will sit on the bench and they keep playing Ayew.....
  6. Someone checked the fax machine before submitting the deal sheet this time hopefully...
  7. Admins, unlock the old Enzo out thread and save us all some time.
  8. To add to these, and based off what I used to see on Facebook. Bring back drinking from hoses Reintroduce white dog poo Allow your kids to vanish for hours and not know where they are Encourage talking to strangers (they may have free sweets) Make health and safety laws more lax...helps weed out the week. Just call the kids with learning difficulties the "thick kids" and throw them to the back of the room. There were a few more that involved Alf Garnett style humour I really thought I shouldn't put as I have never got a ban from here and I don't want to start now haha
  9. 5-0 heard it here first
  10. People are remembering what caused Pearson to leave right? Not sure an apology from Pearson's son 11 years after the fact will fix the racist shit James said. Even though Nige was around after the crash, it doesnt mean that all the bridges are rebuilt.
  11. I had forgotten about the Walker incident. I don't remember it being exactly how Getty captured it mind....
  12. Depending on how we are doing on the league, will this be a run where the loser is forced to go to a match? Will keep an eye on this one as I am looking for a reason to get back to running. Send me your money and I will send it to the Nigerian Prince who has told me that he will give it back with interest once his funds are released.
  13. I think it was shared. Sometimes you got responses that were signed, usually from Lynn if I am remembering rightly, and other times they were just blank. Bet the passwords are all reset already haha
  14. What does happen with Digby's seat then? Is it for election next year or there going to be another election for it this year?
  15. At least he knew for the betterment of his career to move on. He missed out on the Swiss squad for Euro 2016 because of his lack of games and bounced to Turkey I believe. I would argue Inler played a bigger part than Rudkin though. Out of everyone who works for LCFC at that point, it was not the DoF that were responsible as much as everyone doing their bit at the club from recruitment all the way down to the smallest job. Claudio, Steve Walsh and his team told him who he wanted to sign and Rudkin stamped the cheques. At most he helped by not getting in the way.
  16. Jan Kermogant would like a word
  17. Does he need a lift to the airport? I'll drive him to Qatar if it helps.
  18. All the social media stuff appears to be being retired according to that Fosse Way article. "We’ll be retiring our Foxes Trust Reform social media and message board accounts now. It’s full steam ahead with 100% focus and attention on the Trust." So guess it's now just getting folks together in the trust for working groups, feedback and membership drives to get stuff done. Would be good to see the membership get back to 2024/25 levels. I was a shame to see it drop, but being chased for renewal was a bit naff.
  19. He is more of a builder than a fixer in my opinion. Give him time and he will build and mould a great team, but ask him to rearrange the deckchairs on this titanic with nothing to help him seems a steep ask. Also probably doubt Top and him are close after his son's antics that seemingly set us on the path to winning the Premier league 🤣
  20. Showed his maturity levels there and just shows he was never out for having the trust for the fans but for other reasons. Feels the trust is in better hands now with Bason and Digby both gone and the majority of the board now being people who have proven they want to help the trust turn a corner. I can't remember the names of the members who are not reform folks, but I feel some of them are also on board with that too. That was my 3rd AGM and must say it was the best out the 3. Ian rounding it off showing his true colours and having a pop at a board member....sad really. Thats how he wants his tenure to end....says it all.
  21. Foxes Trust End of Season Survey got ~ 3200 results. The club's end of season survey got around 500 responses. Fantastic work there.
  22. New board will decide the member of the FAB. Next board meeting in Feb most likely.
  23. Him and Bason were close friends. He was usually the note taker, was the one who replied to emails about membership and believe treasurer. If he has also stepped down, that is good news in my opinion. Not sure where it leaves it election wise?
  24. Alan Digby has apparently stepped down too.
