Oh don't worry about me mate, you need all the help you can get. Be selfish.

I'd advise you to take your own advice, log off, take in the sights of Spain and live a little rather than arguing with people on a Leicester forum on your phone. Maybe enquire at the local hospital if they've got any spare braincells to replenish those that have evidently been lost on this trip of yours.

No disrespect intended, but do you think before you type? I'm yet to see a well reasoned point from you in this whole discussion about the venue being changed and the rationale behind it. You've also mentioned people being "sat at home" on more than one occasion as if it makes them any less of a Leicester fan than you are, when in reality, most of us work and might find it difficult to book time off during the summer holidays and another portion of people are unlikely to travel abroad to watch us play pre-season friendlies after the dross served up the last couple of seasons. Also, who is Tara?

No moral dilemma for me. If they've got the cash, the business acumen, employ the correct people to advise them and get rid of Rudkin then why not?

The Cadiz number 7, Efe Ugiagbe was someone that stood out stats wise when looking for wide players with high dribbling/take on stats. Be interesting to see if he's any good and if he is as dangerous as his stats would indicate, whether there's any interest on our side. Not that we can afford to 😂

Leeds wouldn't be pursuing this as aggressively if they weren't certain of winning. They've also got one of the best sports lawyers in the country on their board who previously worked very high up at the FA. It could be very painful.

You want better for the club, but don't care about the club anymore? Are you alright? -

If you don't give a shit about the club anymore then why are you on a Leicester City focused forum talking about the club? Do you often go out of your way to discuss and look at things that you don't care about when you're not at work? -
Similar to Madjed earlier in that he may be out of our reach financially, but think Daniel Karlsbakk would be perfect for us. He's 6ft5, good hold up and link up and he's pretty rapid too. I'd love to see us utilise the Scandinavian market more if we're able to commit any funds to signing players.
-
We probably don't have the money for it even if/when the likes of Fatawu and Nelson leave, but if we're somehow able to, I'd love it if we could get Montader Madjed from Hammarby. Left footed right winger, crazy stats for successful dribbles and take ons, which we're going to need from our wingers with them staying wide for 1v1 situations. Valued at €3.5m on transfermarkt so realise it's probably out of our reach right now.

Russell Martin - Confirmed as First Team Manager

Nah come on Pliskin, he's Pep light that plays boring football and he'll take us down to League Two, did you not get the over reactionary Foxestalk memo? 😂 -
Okoli as he's not actually good at anything
-
Especially when he's not a striker.

After 2 years if he and we are successful then we'd presumably either be happy for him to play into the 3rd year of his contract on the same salary he committed to in League One, or we'd sell him in the final year of his contract as there'd be clubs interested in signing him off the back of 2 successful seasons? It's not really about resale value when you've not paid a transfer fee for his services. We also don't know what kind of salary we've committed to paying him either. I do understand your points though and in a totally ideal world it would have been a 2 year deal and we wouldn't be in League One in the first place!
-
Just out of sheer curiosity, how many times have you actually watched him play? As in, 90 minutes watching him play?

I've not stated anywhere that I'd have played them myself or that they deserved to play, far from it. I dislike all 3 massively and don't wish to see them anywhere near a Leicester shirt ever again. For the pedigree of all 3 players, they all let us down through lack of application and poor attitude as opposed to lack of ability, which is pretty unforgivable. What I did state is, that there's plenty of other clubs in the championship, whether that be managers of those clubs, or fans of those clubs that would love to have those players from the outside looking in, they're all footballers with vast experience at a high level. I also stated that if you're a new manager coming into the club, which has happened a lot recently, that I can understand why they've given them the opportunity to play (which in my opinion they shouldn't have done) as reasoned above. I don't especially want Faes to play for us ever again, but I can see why a new manager coming in would give him the chance to play (again, just to confirm, I wouldn't 😂)
-
They have one of the best sports lawyers as their Executive Vice Chairman, so I doubt they'd be pushing unless they thought they could win. Hopefully Nick De Marco will be willing to represent us again and get it resolved in our favour. It's also unlikely to be looked into until next summer regardless
-
He's also been compared to Yan Diomande 😂
-
It's not the sole reason though is it? It's giving them the contracts that we did that made them virtually unsellable and meaning that we weren't able to replace them due to the financial constraints partly in place due to them still being around. You can understand why someone coming in from the outside would think that picking those players would be a good idea for a club playing in the Championship. MOST other clubs in the Championship, rightly or wrongly, would have loved to have had those players. Faes, whilst I don't like him, was playing in Ligue 1 last season and relatively recently playing for Belgiums national team. Winks has just signed for a team in Serie A with a coach he previously played for at Sampdoria. Vestergaard up until relatively recently was playing for Denmark's national team. Don't like any of them, but you can also see why a manager coming into the club fresh would choose to play them.

In the first 2 pre-season games we actually seem to have a plan and an identity, something we've not had since Enzo left. People might not like the possession game, but when the speed is mixed up, as it has been in patches in the friendly games it's very easy on the eye. Page looks like he'll play an important role. The Sporting Director has got to work pretty rapidly on outgoings, something we've not done well for a long time. The level of intensity and professionalism in training sessions appears to have gone up, alot. Some of the wasters from the last couple of seasons are gone and never to be seen again. The new away kit is a beauty. The youngsters in general in the 2 pre season games have looked really promising and are easy to get behind.

You don't have to like him or want him to play for the club again. If the manager likes him and thinks we've got a better chance of winning games with him playing if we're unable to get rid of him for an acceptable fee then he'll play him and I'm comfortable with that even if I don't like Faes myself.
