#StopAtNothing at least makes sense. He abided by that slogan when drink driving on the wrong side of the road and helping us get relegated.

The only two that I can remember are BDCR when he was through and ****ed it and Braybrooke when he was through after Bristric had dragged one of their CB's with him. It's incredibly difficult to get in behind a low block of 5 as the space in behind the back 5 is minute, but also there's such little space to play passes between the lines when the midfield 3 are effectively shutting off any gaps. We're going to have to get better at a) taking our chances when we create them. B) being able to shift the opposition out of their spacings in the low block. C) being a bit more daring when a space does open up. D) when one of our creative/skillful players does take it past a player, finding the right pass to capitalise.

Don't even mind it, it at least makes sense from a leadership and tactical view. There was plenty of people in here turning their noses up at Akanji and finding that link underwhelming. Reality now hits home somewhat.

Just out of curiosity, what have you done personally to drive higher standards and accountability? Have you offered your guidance, assistance and knowledge to anyone at the club? Or are you just the knight in shining armour online and actually you haven't really done anything different to 99.9% of the people that you attempt to belittle?

I'm not celebrating a draw against MK Dons either, far from it. I just responded directly to someone stating that it was Russell Martin's fault that we didn't win the game today and another one stating that we didn't create any chances. We created enough and should have won easily based on that.

I've played a lot of football over the years to be fair and analysed even more of it. Perhaps the personal dig was below the belt also, so genuine apologies for that. It was said mostly in jest, but I guess we both share the same frustration deep down at both the result but definitely what the club has become over the last few years.

Cullen having the ball 6 yards out in the centre of the goal and mis-controlling it was a pretty clear cut chance, to all intents and purposes. Nah, wait impatiently, why change the habit of a lifetime? 😂

And which clear solutions would they be? Solutions that would categorically have altered the result today to get us the 3 points.

So in a game where the players have obviously tried (not previously been guaranteed over the past few seasons), have hit the woodwork twice and have missed another couple of guilt edged chances and have completely controlled the game - for what reason would you boo? I'm intrigued. If the players hadn't tried or we'd been outplayed and lost etc, sure, knock yourself out, but please do elaborate.

I'm not influenced by the opinion of others, I have the capacity to form my own. Do I find us boring to watch? Yes, I have done for years now. Did we deserve to win the game today on the balance of play, chances created etc? Yes. Was the fact that the chances weren't taken today anything to do with the style of play we have under the current manager (who I don't even like btw)? No. That's literally it. 😂

I'm not sticking my neck out for this manager. I'm just reacting to posts blaming this manager for us not putting the ball in the net today. Do you expect him to run on the pitch and do it himself? Is it his fault that Reid missed the one on one? Is it his fault that Cullen didn't shoot? Is it his fault that Braybrooke hit the post? Is it his fault that Joseph hit the bar? If these chances go in and we win 4-0 then the reaction would be wholly different and you know it..

Had Reid scored the guilt edged chance he missed we'd be 1 nil up at half time and everyone would be saying how much better it's been and how in control of the game we are. You can't/or at least shouldn't base your opinion of the entire first half on the scoreline. MK Dons have done absolutely nothing, we've controlled the game and should be winning. Yes, it's boring and yes we've not really created many clear cut chances, but we've created enough to be winning and limited them to nada.
