Always thought Sanchez was one of the best at it at Brighton, doesn't seem to have gone well at Chelsea though.
-
You've dropped Palmer before he has, bet he's gutted after not long escaping the Man City way
-
Or on that evening, their equivalent of Jon Rudkin.
-
Why is anyone bothered, if it wasn't for Vardy's meeting we'd have blown it. He's just another possession & control manager over creativity, character and excitement. Like-for-like subs, arrogance, stubbornness. Just a shame he'll most likely go and nullify Cole Palmer at Chelsea though now in favour of control.
-
Lets not go overboard he averages less than one assist a season, Sevilla have had their worst season in 25 years with Soumare in their midfield, his presence in ours ended in relegation.
-
Piroe is so slow and cumbersome every time I’ve seen him
-
Just watching it now, Kasper highlights how he only sat on the bench twice for us and they both hurt him, one of them being when Rodgers stopped him making 150 successive appearances again for us.
-
I don't believe the McKenna link at all. He's not a big enough name or personality to handle all those ego's at Chelsea, it'll be Potter all over again.
-
De Zerbi won't last 6 months at Chelsea
-
Interesting on the positions, transfermk doesn't even list right winger as a position of his now, yet for majority of his time here that's why he'd play and be ineffective yet no one at the club worked out he was more suited to other positions. La Liga is more suitable for his style though.

Trippier

For him yes, and he needs a free role which he won't get. He'll go back to being just another player again and Villa will struggle fighting relegation if he's the answer to their last few months of form. Bring on Tielemans and Barkley in midfield
-
Is it just us that allows all the players families and friends on the pitch on the final day? Liverpool have let a select few on but only after most of the fans have left and after the players went round themselves.
-
Villa have been bad for a few months now, the worst English team that have qualified for champions league
-
Villa will struggle next season and prioritise the champions league as we did

League One & Two - 2023-2024 Season

How can they fit proper news in when they have to force the women's game on everyone watching every hour despite little interest. -
Would they?

Stolarczyk is a better goalkeeper than Hermansen, shot stopping and dealing with corners I have more confidence with him. The only area Hermansen is better is passing out from the back but even then he needless risks with it (there's risks and then there's stupidity) which we conceded goals from at Championship level.

It's sky blue and its just not right
-
Never seen a goalkeeper constantly chewing gum, can’t be good when having to throw yourself around to save shots with that in your mouth. Maybe that’s why he’s avoiding it
-
I'd cash in and get the money before he's found out next season, he's too one footed and still hasn't learnt when to release the ball. Let Ndidi go also, then hopefully will allow us to bring in more suitable 8's for this system and bring Alves through too.
-
He'll be 29 in September and both his legs are strapped up, no thanks
-
All gone wrong since Emerys new contract. Hopefully another relegation coming for Tielemans and Iheanacho if they carry on this form into next season 😄

I know it's not suitable to move far away, but we should have at least looked into rebuilding given it was built on the cheap originally and is just a replica of Southamptons. I just think may as well go all out rather than top it up as we're looking to do. We're lucky we've got the Tigers ground not far away which we could have shared for a year whilst it was redone. (Barcelona currently doing this)
-
Still think we should have just built a new stadium as we did with the training ground, as other clubs like Everton are doing, Brentford recently and Forest looking into. We've completed football where we are now, and given what happened to Vichai there it would have good to lay it all to rest given the achievements, have a load of memories like statues on the land and start a fresh. Parking is already nightmare and will only get worse the bigger the stadium gets. It won't happen but its a shame.
