Winks was already on a downward spiral, he wasn't getting in at Spurs and went on loan to a team that finished bottom of Serie A. He did well last season at a lower level in the perfect system for him but majority of Spurs fans would tell you you don't play Winks and Skipp together (it rarely ever happened).
