FoxLAD Posted 10 May 2015 Posted 10 May 2015 One of our chefs specialises in Jamaican cooking and was doing live cooking for our guests today. His own jerk seafood pasta. Base scallops, vodka , olive oil, salt, cream and his jerk sauce mixed some penne pasta.. Ala class!
