jonthefox Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 No not a pre match thread , but an atmosphere thread. So on Saturday we had the clappers. Now whereas I'm not a fan of these I must admit they do generate noise and if that's what it's going to take then I'll bash the damn things all day long. Against the swans we need that noise again, but how?. I'm sure a few will say just sing your heart out , but it doesn't always work like that. My suggestion to get things rolling is a confetti and baloon storm when the players come on. Daft idea?. I'd love to hear yours.
davieG Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 ....and a shit storm when they go off if we lose. Bring your clapper to the game.
Fox92 Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 Aren't the clappers here every game? I'm not a massive fan of them either but I think they do get the usual non-singers joining in.
Claridge Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 Balloons like the old days.10 per cent of the crowd bring 10 balloons that's 30,000.that would be a spectacle.if everyone brings 10 then the games off,but 300,0000 would be impressive.if everyone bought 20.... Sorry can't do the math
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 I think it would be great to continue the good atmosphere from Saturday's game to bring into the final home games including Swansea at home. I feel the lads would benefit greatly if they had our full support for them.
st albans fox Posted 7 April 2015 Posted 7 April 2015 forget the balloons - they reflect a party. we arent celebrating anything. the clappers did a good job in keeping the noise up. they tended to drown out the opposition fans which was good. i say, stick with the clappers.
