Fear not posters, I am not releasing questions now! I just thought I should announce the new cup competition separately because if I announce it at same time as questions the it would be information overload in one post and it might get lost amongst all chaos to answer questions. The questions will be up at 8pm as usual. 

 

In the last edition, Facecloth showed that there is life in the old dog by taking advantage of Stan and Smuts’ absence to help himself to 17 points which is a record. This meant my warning of summer break playing a havoc with the league has come true which has effectively killed the competition with Facecloth now boasting a 42 points lead which is coincidentally also Smuts’ points total!

 

 

 

Alas, fear not there is still a battle for second place being played out between two S- Smuts and Stan and returning prodigal son The Doctor who had fine first season as well the launch of Foxestalk Football Trivia Shield!

 

Posters will be placed in four groups with top two of each group qualifying for the knock-out stages so even if you have a poor month or are simply outgunned by a superior competitor as Facecloth has discovered in Foxestalk Football Trivia Cup, you still get a second chance! Winners of each group will face runner up from each group.  In the event of a tie, the poster with the highest points in normal league will qualify.

You can't have 42 and only have turned up for 2. Blur said 17 is the weekly record.
