Mrfox452 Posted 18 October 2015 Share Posted 18 October 2015 Does it go to the King power on Match days? If not anyone know the closest bus stop to the ground? Cheers The park and ride only goes to town i think, if your leaving from birstall, get the arriva 126/127 or the skylink and then another bus from town to Morrisons. arriva 47,84,85 from town will do it. promised land Posted 18 October 2015 Share Posted 18 October 2015 No it doesn't, they did the 3 rugby games from there. It goes to the city centre, £3 for one or £3.50 for a group is what is says on the backs of the buses. Or just park up in a road nearer red hill end of Birstall and get a 125,126,127 or Kinch 2 into the city.
Bayfox Posted 18 October 2015 Share Posted 18 October 2015 No. As weirdly. The park and ride is week days only I believe.
Saxondale Posted 18 October 2015 Share Posted 18 October 2015 No. As weirdly. The park and ride is week days only I believe. It goes Saturdays not Sundays. Except the run up to Christmas when it's seven days a week.

MikeyT Posted 19 October 2015 Share Posted 19 October 2015 The Park and Ride only stops outside the entrance of The Haymarket near the clock tower and outside The Highcross (the part near to TGI Fridays).
dylanlegend Posted 22 October 2015 Author Share Posted 22 October 2015 Surely the park and ride would be ideal for match days. Maybe they don't do it for health and safety reasons due to everyone leaving at once but would be much easier than trying to park near the ground
