Northants Fox Posted 16 September 2005 Posted 16 September 2005 Don't know much of the details of this, but it's just come up in my local news on ITV, apparently during a Swimming lesson at a pool in Rushden there was a leak. Raw sewage seeped into a local pool in Rushden during a School Swimming lesson the kids had to be evacuated obviously while they cleaned the pool. OH YUK
kerryh Posted 16 September 2005 Posted 16 September 2005 I hate swimming pools. How anyone could want to swim amongst other peoples pubes, dead skin, snot, wee, scabs and period is beyond me! Oh I know you put chlorine in pools but that stuff is still there.

OH YUK It happened yesterday apparently caused by vandals blocking a nearby drain with rubble and other rubbish. They had five inches of the stuff in the reception area and changing rooms

cisono Posted 18 September 2005 Posted 18 September 2005 ... I know a lot about flytipping as part of my job involves clearing up after them I know a lot about flytipping as well, as I get lots of flytipping in my front garden... I must say that the council are not very helpful on this!!!
