But we are 5 clear at the top of the league with 4 to play, 3 teams have nothing to play for and 1 of those teams (Chelsea) would hate seeing Tottenham win the league. Let's get behind the boys and help them over the line and make history that none of us will ever forget, starting with 3 points against Swansea on Sunday.
Benguin Posted 19 April 2016 Posted 19 April 2016 Whatever happens I am over the moon with champions league football to look forward too. The magic number is 8, a win reduces it by 3 a draw by 1. A win and spurs loss by 6, a win and spurs draw by 5, a draw and spurs loss by 4, a draw and spurs draw by 3. Spurs could win all their games but they will find Chelsea and Southampton difficult. I fancy them to draw at least one of them meaning a win at Everton and Swansea gets us the title. If you have a ticket go nuts at the game, if you don't bring positivity to the forum and not negativity. We are on the verge of history and before you get negative about a spurs win or us messing up, remember we were in league 1 not so long ago and you only have to go back 3 years for the heartbreaking "Deeneeeeeey" we are playing in the champions league next season, we have the most exciting squad in our history and we have 4 massive games. Piss off with any complacency, let's do this!!!!!!

We'd probably be able to lose all our remaining games and be safe if we had a 5 point cushion because everyone else is rubbish. Spurs are a bit better than Sunderland.
