another uninspiring performance, another soulless display

players earning too much money not giving a shi* about the club they play for

Levein needs to sort it out

Could you not have posted this in one of the other threads about exactly same thing.

People need to sort their moaning arses out.

Another pointless thread started, it's just repetitive someone else posting without reading others first

:nono::whistle:

Just as BBC Radio Leicester have a rant line, then this forum needs a rant thread where people can let off steam with starting another thread. :D;):thumbup:

I think the players do care. And so does Levein. He is hopefully trying to put it right. But like I have already stated, one of the ways to put it right is by putting more focus on creativity and attack.

I have full faith in Levein, he is very profesional, he just need to assess his qualities and the areas he needs to work on.

I can't see how you can say this if you've been watching us for any large amount of time. If you think yesterday's 0-0 draw away to one of the promotion favourites was bad, then you should have been here last year when we lost 1-0 to both Watford and Brighton at home, both who were in relegation trouble that season. If you think the players we have now don't care about the club, then you should have seen players like Nathan Blake time wasting with us.

I think you might need to gain a little perspective and remember how bad it was before Levein came in. Every time 80 minutes came around we all knew that there was 90% chance we'd let in a goal or two, no lead was big enough for us, the players jogged onto and off the pitch as if they didn't care (and why should they? They were all on one-year deals and knew they weren't going to be part of City's long-term future), the only thing we did in a match was send the ball long to Scowcroft, and that isn't an exaggeration. We saw young players making their way up to the reserves, playing well and having their progression stopped by a manager reluctant to give them a chance. Last season we didn't score at home until the 8th game of the season.

I don't say this to run down Adams, but simply to provide a comparison. All these things have improved under Levein, and a lot more besides that I've probably forgotten to mention. Levein was not given an easy job when he came here, when MON took charge of the side it had just come down from the Premiership and before that had already been in the playoffs for the previous three seasons, we were a side on the up and we had a good basis of a squad to build on from the work of Brian Little. Levein has had next to nothing as is the one doing the building right now. I don't see how you think we should get instant success, or why we deserve it.
