FrankieADZ Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 There were no Italians forcing gates near 52-53 they were pure les-tah ! The poor stewards were all over 50 and only about 5 of them , hundreds streaming out of those gates had to funnelled through one exit because of the cretins outside trying to storm the gate , my 9yo was genuinely frightened it was a bit crazy and the police were more interested in protecting the pitch form a non existent pitch invasion than policing the issues outside. i dont know if they was pure Les-tah imo(from my bit at P1) , i think if they was they might have had a bit more about them, but maybe thats me, seemed like people just wanting to have a nose and take pictures to say "we was there when they lifted the trophy" rubbish,
GingerrrFox Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 There was some absolute scum knocking about the ground yesterday. 99% were people looking to have fun and celebrate the occasion, then there was the 1% looking to rob whatever they could get their hands on.
stevelcfc Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 One thing I did notice yesterday is how few people I recognised compared to usual. How the Italians got tickets I have no clue. I did see plenty of people come through the turnstiles without a ticket, two people pushing together to come in on 1 turn.
smr Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 was in the away end, outside the turnstyles before the game tens of everton fans walked past us, shook mine and my dads hands and congratulated us on winning the league, inside it was a shame to see a couple of leicester fans getting ejected for being too cocky/gobby after vardy scored and rubbing it in, upset a few everton fans and there was a bit of fighting. Thankfully those leicester fans got ejected, but apart from that there wasn't any more trouble that i could see. An Everton bloke infront of me turned around, looked at me and said "at least he's not causing any trouble, some of them are being good" to which my dad said "yep, respect mate, respect, that's what it's about" At the end of the game the Everton fans on the row infront of us walked past and shook our hands and congratulated us again. From what I saw they were friendly and happy for us so well done for respecting us and the 99 percent of Leicester fans respecting them... Oh and they really don't like Martinez (incase you didn't know !) felt a bit sorry for roberto!
cityfanlee23 Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 Wasn't allowed because of the TV rights Which is ridiculous, Obviously it's money so fair enough sky will milk it, but why did they not just use the opportunity to get LCFC to supply a big screen, then put sky adverts all over it?
Balj Posted 8 May 2016 Posted 8 May 2016 We left straight after the presentation (I have a 12 year old) and were in J2. Straight outside there were loads of pissed up folk trying to get in -I'm an Indian going since 1973 and that's the most scared I've been. Hope everyone got away ok.
