Guest CityFan 06 Posted 10 May 2016 Posted 10 May 2016 I recall a while back Filbert Fox had a camera attached to his outfit, and wondered if this was to film our fans during the game, in particular SK1/Kop. However, given this didn't happen to my knowledge, would anyone like the idea of a Union FS camera, filming just what an excellent atmosphere the group creates in SK1. I'm not talking proper zooming in on supporters faces, as most wouldn't like that, but a HD camera filming from say the East Stand looking towards SK1, then the footage could be uploaded to YouTube maybe for us all to look at. Against Everton, for the first goal (Vardy), I actually missed it because I was looking back at Union FS bouncing around in the corner, it looked superb and then I just heard everyone cheer and realized what happened! I just think through the possible fan footage videos it would be good to look at the atmosphere's that have been created in the block, including the singing and the scenes of us celebrating goals during the matches. As a side note I noticed the HF's of Palace did something similar to this and it was very good. I wouldn't know how well it would work, but thought I'd suggest it anyway. Thoughts?
ScouseFox Posted 10 May 2016 Posted 10 May 2016 there was a camera at the back of SK1 for like two games. dunno what happened to it or who owned it or anything but it was pretty cool.

Wymsey Posted 10 May 2016 Posted 10 May 2016 Would be useful to see who flew the flares. @@FantasticMrFuchs
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 10 May 2016 Posted 10 May 2016 Like that? I think it's only been put up for "special" occasions (tifos, Bochum visits etc.). I think the club spotted it and they weren't that keen on having it there, not sure though.

I notice when Tifo's have taken place, it has been filmed from the East Stand. If we had a set camera from the East Stand or just below SK1, it means it wouldn't have to be manually filmed and in general it would be class for me. Imagine after every matchday looking at the footage of SK1!
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 10 May 2016 Posted 10 May 2016 I was unaware HF had done this. That's interesting. I'm referring to the YouTube vids on HF's youtube channel. Head over there if you like, and take a look at some of their videos, I admit some of them are class. Here some of the best (based on my opinion) and also the link to their channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/holmesdalefanatics05 6:00 and 7:30 on this are superb
Ian W LCFC Posted 10 May 2016 Posted 10 May 2016 Yeah not a bad idea that. I've always thought there's never enough footage of fans shown on live broadcasts, for me lpoking at home mental it goes when a goal is scored can often be better than the goal itself

Guest LCFC_World Posted 10 May 2016 Posted 10 May 2016 I think it's a good idea. The camera at the back is best, quite origional as well.
Moonstomp Posted 10 May 2016 Posted 10 May 2016 One option is to come and join the Section, bounce around and you won't need a camera! You'd be welcome if you sing!
