I wouldn't worry if it's Arsenal. They'll be told they need to pay 20 million, only offer 17, then end up with Steve Sidwell.

Weeks ago, apparently Schalke 04 were willing to bid 23m, but Juve said Lemina wasn't for sale. Probably because by then they knew Pogba was for sure going. Unless they've bought another midfielder(?), I doubt he'll leave this window.
