Mjeb Posted 16 July 2016 Posted 16 July 2016 Not sure if this has been a new topic , just renewed my brothers and my gold membership yesterday , the cost has risen to £90 from £70 last season. Seems a bit greedy from the club ( a season ticket does not work for us do to work commitments ) .
Fox 4 Life Posted 16 July 2016 Posted 16 July 2016 There's a whole thread with plenty of similar comments and outrage in the tickets forum. Gold is one thing but silver going from 40 to 70 with less chance of a ticket than last season is the biggest joke.
foxinsocks Posted 16 July 2016 Posted 16 July 2016 The problem is there are so few tickets for sale that even gold members cant get two seats together. The cl fixtures see season ticket holders in b1 b2 and b3 being moved to non season ticket sests in other blocks so i expect hold members wont be able to buy any cl tickets. Is being a silver member of any value at all?
Mjeb Posted 16 July 2016 Author Posted 16 July 2016 Fox for life where do I find the tickets forum ? Thanks

Is being a silver member of any value at all? I believe the club are thinking about potentially moving everyone for champions league games. There aren't enough 'groups' of spare seats around the ground to accommodate the groups of people that sit together in the 3 areas you mentioned, and so they'd have to split up. So to stop that happening they're going to make us all apply for tickets as they are released; so although St holders are guaranteed a seat, it's not necessarily going to be their own. Makes a mockery of the advance purchase system too if we still have to ring or queue to get seats together.
