I cried four times that weekend, once as the song started, again when he reveals the City shirt, a third time when Birch comes down the tunnel and lastly on the Sunday when I awoke hungover I unravelled my lengthy club shop receipt and realise I'd made myself a Full-kit*****r and hoped the decimal point was in the wrong place.

This week has gone from the Sublime to the absolute ridiculous, the joke of Sutton Utds sub goal keeper resigning for eating a pie to Our beloved Claudio getting sacked !!

Yes were doing shit this season but did our owners honestly think we would challenge for a title defence we lost Kante he was a huge loss we didn't really replace him we signed a couple of overpriced players who haven't made the grade apart from Ndidi the others have been poor!

Then there's some of the players who have become far to big for their boots after demanding huge pay rises to stay who've thrown their dummies out of their prams, Claudio has had to work with what he has and that has not been to good at all and some prima donnas refusing to play to their abilities to get him sacked is dumbfoundingly outragous, instead of sacking him in the way they have they should have given him the chance to resign rather than be humiliated in this way for what he achieved on a shoe string last season we punchedbover or weight who cares we won the fuching premier league title and no one can ever take that from us but this the way it's developed is totally wrong !!

Have watched it over and over and it gets better each time...one thing though that has always puzzled me.....What were the two ladies, one in white the other in a dark dress , supposed to do as they walked towards the stage as Bocelli starts singing His second song.."you can clearly see Ranieri wave his hand at them and say no no....Were they going to make presentation or something ?Can  Anyone ITK  spill the beans ? By the way the young lad who seizes his moment of fame by peeking out from behind the flowers always makes me smile ??

I'd guess that they were his escorts / hostesses (not in that context if you know what I mean), either his own or representing the club to guide him off stage or it could be a presentation or they're from Sky instructed to tell him to drop the second song as they're over running.
