Some people (if you can call them that) decided to hang a dalmation pup from a tree by rope. How anyone could do something like this to a living creature is beyond me, they need to be caught and have the book thrown at them. Nail The Yobs Who Did This...

We live in a very sad society Dee, you know that we are heading for oblivion, the words "self-fulfilling prophesy" spring to mind, viscious circle is another. You can only "blame the parents" like you say these idiots have not been brought up with the right values of right or wrong, good/bad, love /hate etc etc. I fear it every day when I look at Jnx Jr and see that unless he is kept within close boundaries, it is SOOO easy for them to go off the rails. The reason most of us are good people is because of our parents. The more scumsucking f-u-ckpigs that are out there now, means that it can ONLY GET WORSE, society cannot get better!
