This guy is Norwegian. Think of another Norwegian striker who is quite well known and you may just get this one.

Ole gunner soldkaej (only Norwegian I know and I guess spelling of his name is pretty wrong too :p)

Not Solksjaer, think of a Norwegian striker who played for Chelsea.

Correct, Jostein Flo, played for Sheffield United between 1993 and 1996.
