It's a worthy cause, but I'm concerned it doesn't comply with Gambling Commission conditions. All tickets must be the same price, so you cannot offer 3 for £5.

See 11.7 here:

£2 a strip and 3 for £5.

Suppose every community raffle ever done would be in contravention of those rules.

It definitely is a worthy cause and a charity very close to my heart but your concern is not the one I’m concerned with

Mine is how much of the raised funds Loros are going to get

50/50 split between LOROS and funds for the planned tifo for the first home game of the season.

Hoping to raise over £200 for LOROS as that was last years total.

Each UFS tifo costs roughly £800-£1000 so money will be going to these also.

Hopefully knowing that you would be inclined to make a donation or enter the raffle.

Ok not the impression I had from this tweet that I seen when I clicked on the tweet in the opening post

I glad that money is being raised for the charity still a bit uneasy about the charity’s name being used to boost other’s funds tho

I won’t be entering the raffle for reason stated above

But just to add I would like to point out that I stated it is a charity close to my heart and that i  have still do already help them with donations and volunteering my time for them

Get what you're saying but none of this is for commercial gain and your negativity detracts from the idea of fundraising. Think the group deserve credit for doing what they can to help.

In Leicestershire LOROS is close to alot of people, always good to see people raising money for them.
