Had it 13 years ago. At the time, If I recall, there was mention that any op has risks but I don't recall any specifics. Anyway I have had recurrent testicular pain over the years and at times it is chronic pain. I have seen specialists who say it is a result of the vasectomy and is specifically in the epididymides. I kid you not gents it hurts like fcuk and can last for weeks. It is not uncommon apparently , so think very carefully before going ahead, chances are you will be fine ,but I wish I had never stepped foot in the surgey.
