The ref played an advantage although they didn't really get one and then booked Mendy the next time play stopped. It was a good foul actually as it was a dangerous break.
Sol thewall Bamba Posted 23 December 2018 Posted 23 December 2018 Didn't see it but I did see the massive jump into the air and fist pump from him when the final whistle blew. I like the guy a lot, not the complete package but if he was he wouldn't be playing for us.

It was a good foul actually as it was a dangerous break. ...and yet he didn’t book the Chelsea player, can’t remember who it was who held Chilwell back when he was bombing down the wing with most of the Chelsea defence behind him. Inconsistency at it’s finest.

His presence also gave Ndidi and Hamza more freedom in the middle of the park. Didn’t really know what to think of him before, but defo a player worth having in the starting XI
