I am going to the away match at Anfield and am on the coach for the first time so can anyone give me a bit of help on how it works please?

I have booked a ticket but have not received anything yet should I expect something in the post or do I collect it from the shop?

It says 2:30 but is that the time that they will leave?

Is there a ‘meet up’ anyway for a pint beforehand, if so where?  I am on my own and don’t like drinking alone!

I am meeting up with my adult daughter there and I assume we will be escorted literally from the coach into the ground so will she have to meet us inside?

Thanks in advance for any help/advice

You should have been able to choose when you ordered? You should have a receipt by email with a delivery method on it that'll tell you.

Yes, should do, be there before 2:30.

Not usually escorted to the ground I don't think, you should be able to meet her outside.

If you haven't got the ticket for the coach, don't worry, they generally (or in my experience anyway) just tick your name off the register, so to speak.

14:30 will be departure time but when I went to Newport recently, we left a bit earlier as everyone was on.

You'll get dropped off near the ground (not sure where at Anfield because I always get the train). Depends on what time you arrive but you could meet outside the ground. Last time I went to Anfield, which was last season, there was a fan park and it's pretty decent to just walk about.

For Everton they usually park on Priory Road going alongside Stanley Park, assume the same for Anfield but this is my first visit and we’re driving. You will leave on time at 14:30 or before if everyone is on. No alcohol on board. Usually stop at a services on the way for about 45mins unless concerns over traffic   Buses usually wait where you are dropped from experience. Make your own way there and back
