Usually sit in J2, where they let you out to have a smoke at half time, do they allow this in hospitality? Thanks for any help.

Yes. But only at half time. Once you're in they won't let you back out until half time

Thanks so they don't let you back out between getting in and the start of the match?

Not in my experience - Although i should point out i'm not a smoker so have never tried getting out before the game, but i have seen the stewards tell people they cant go back outside until half time
