It's becoming a bit of a farce now tbh. Poor Jim and the team on Twitter taking a battering but from the replies of "I'll pass this feedback on" they clearly seem to have no clue what's going on, which begs the question does the club?

 

Genuinely feel for those who have hundreds upon hundreds locked up in useless tickets, my £120 is nothing compared to come.
