Seeyou got some luck with the game being abandonded lol For the fans who travelled you have my respect. Up here in scotland it is very rare that you have to travel far to get to a game and the prospect of coming back and not seeing the game must be gutting.

Things are beggining to settle up here at Hearts, just waiting on a manager announcement

The Hearts fans are very divided in the new owner, there is a lot of talk in his style being european management and no managers from Britain being interested. May not be a bad thing though?

who would your favourite candidate for the job be...

I would have liked to have seen Ranieri in the job but that not going to happen, not too sure now who will take it as quite a few have been quoted. The latest name is Alan Curbishley, that would be ok I suppose. Whoever gets the job will have to be a winner as the new owner hates loosing and this has been well documented with his comments on the sackings. Looks like it will be an interesting season

No disrepect but Curbishley will never leave Charlton for Hearts, especially after the start to the season he has made with the addicks.

I see Hitzfeld has rejected the job today, it also looks like Robson will aswell. You'll end up two some two bob foreigner and I think it could be a struggle for the rest of the season to regain top spot. It's a shame because I was really enjoying see Hearts do one over the Old Firm and I like George Burley aswell even though he was manager of the shaggers last season.

I hope Hearts do well this season but I have a feeling Romanov's love affair will end in tears.

It just shows that in the modern day, how much a bit of power or money can go to someone's head doesn't it?

Yep I think your right, but for someone who has a bit of money the SPL must look like a good investment, if you can get the right team and qualify for the Champions league for a couple of years then it pays back pretty quick.

It sounds so easy when I put it like that, maybe I should go for the job? lol
