An interesting idea for celebrating a goal now:

I don't get it. They're being tested every game and can do anything like normal, such as basically hug each other at corners, yet can't celebrate?

But we've seen numerous instances of players, such as Ings, testing positive just after a game.

Yeah I get that part but I don't get how stopping celebrations will help? They still tackle each other, mark each other etc. Surely it's picked up from elsewhere. I don't really know but I just don't get it.

Only thing I can think of is that's the only time you get players consistently close to one another? But I agree it's a weird rule. They haven't gone to ban keepers spitting on their gloves which is surely a weird one to be allowed

Honestly don't see the point in it. As far as I can see, it's only being done for appearances, which is not a reason. Is there any reason we watch football other than to see goals?
