FA Cup memorabilia

[Juddie]

Afternoon Foxes, I'm wondering if you kind folk can help. I'm editing this year's FA Cup final programme and I'm looking to try and get some fans' tales involved.

I'm pretty sure when I lurked on here the other week there was a thread about all your weird and wonderful FA Cup memorabilia, unless I dreamed it!? I'd love to showcase this stuff, so if you have anything that fits the bill...and you'd be happy to share pics of it and tell us the back story, that would be amazing.

I'm also on the hunt the market for any fans who have big plans to watch the game. Maybe you live miles away and you're making big plans to watch the final with other fans in the middle the night, or you've built a bar in your garden? That kind of stuff.

Thanks all.

Nick

Might be worth you having a listen/contacting Radio Leicester; on last Monday’s Football Forum podcast they were speaking to quite a few people who were at the 1949 final. So many great stories.

Hopefully they print a programme for this final

Hoping the pricing is consistent with the last time we were in the final.

There's a lady on radio Leicester who attended the 1969 final whose regular on the station, talks of tales of the experience. Maybe worth talking to.

I can confirm one is being printed. The club has brought/are buying a load to sell, and I can dig out a link where you can order one in advance.
